Please check your lotion and shampoo bottles. If they contain Sodium Laurel Sulphate, you may want to do some research into this chemical. It is one of the most common toxic ingredients in bathroom products and is found in most brands of shampoo, conditioners and moisturizers. It is also used as an industrial degreaser. Sodium Laurel Sulphate penetrates and is stored in the brain, liver and heart. It can lead to cancer and can damage your eyes.
Also watch out for Propylene Glycol. It is a major ingredient in automatic brake fluid, antifreeze and varnish. Over exposure to Propylene Glycol can cause liver and kidney damage. This chemical is also found in shampoo, conditioners and many lotions.
The lotion bar you see here does not contain either of these chemicals. Also the henna shampoo and conditoner on this site do not contain these chemicals. Be safe and check it out for yourself!

Common lip balms contain petroleum-based ingredients, including petrolatum, paraffin and mineral oils, which are derived from the same crude oil that is used to make gasoline and grease. To mask these unpleasant odors, harsh, synthetic fragrances are required. These products may feel good initially, but dry out the lips in the long run. We know you will love the henna lip balm. No petroleum, no dyes, no perfumes.
Customer Testimonials:
"Cindy your lip balm is terrific. In two days my lips were healed"

I like the fact that your products are natural, no chemicals and no animal testing. I use the lotion bar at bed time because it conditions my skin all night long and does a great job of it,and I LOVE the hair coloring, no noxious fumes, and the color does fade very nicely. The lip balm does a wonderful job of moisturizing and it stays on longer then other lip balms, so you don't have to reapply every hour. I also like to use your candles in the bathroom, the fragrance is not overpowering, creates a calming ambiance.

Hi Cynthia,
I received the samples in the mail. The lotion bar and the henna worked very well. There are some areas on my skin that have been red for months and would not go away. I woke up this morning and some of the redness was gone and it does not itch as bad as it used to. Thank you so much for your kindness. I have wasted so much money trying so many things that did not work.

A quick note about Petroleum....what's in your lip balm?
Petrolatum — Also known as petroleum jelly, this mineral oil derivative is used for its emollient properties in cosmetics. It has no nutrient value for the skin and can interfere with the body's own natural moisturizing mechanism, leading to dryness and chapping. It often creates the very conditions it claims to alleviate. Manufacturers use petrolatum because it is extremely cheap.
