Henna Incense

Natural Henna Products
For many, many years the fragrance distilled from the petals of henna flowers has been honored in books and poetry.  The scent was presumed to be the source of Cleopatra's perfume in which she dipped the sails of her barge before her seductive meeting with Antony.

In the Bible, Song of Solomon 1:14 you will find: "My beloved is unto me as a cluster of Henna Blossoms in the vineyards of En-gedi."  Also in Solomon 4:13 it reads:
Your plants are an orchard of pomegranates with choice fruits, with Henna and nard . . .".  (The scent of Henna has been in the air for a long, long time).

The most famous Egyptian fragrance was a recipe of Henna and other herbs and spices of the time.  They believed it could lull one to sleep, alleviate anxieties, increase dreams, eliminate sorrow and act as a general antidote for toxins.

Once you smell the Henna incense, you will understand what all the fuss has been about.
